Crafty hat

So, I put on my crafty hat (pun totally intended) yesterday to make a hat for Makayla.  All of the kindergartners at her school are putting on a Mother Goose play next week, and Makayla will be playing the part of the Hatter from Old Mother Hubbard.   Apparently I am not as well versed in nursery rhymes as I had thought, since I didn't even realize there was a hatter in Old Mother Hubbard.  Anyway, her costume is to wear a nice dress with a fancy hat.  Well, I don't know about you, but when I think fancy the first thing that comes to my mind us tulle, ribbon, and fake flowers.  So away we went.  All I can say is, well..... its pink. :)
